1. If I pay on the 5th using my credit card, will I incur any late charges?
No, as long as your receipt shows 11:59PM or earlier, you will not be considered late. We advise you pay no later then 11:30PM by the 5th to be safe, just in case you have problems with your internet connection or problems accessing the payment website.
2. Is there a fee to pay by credit card online?
We are proud to offer Propertybridge as an amenity to our residents. There are no fees billed to the resident for using the program.
3. Is my information secure?
PropertyBridge (PB) has taken steps to ensure the security of all data PB collects through this service. PB has taken proactive measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information. PB employs encryption technology, protecting data at each point of transfer. To ensure that your credit card and personal information is even more secure, once PB receives your information, PB stores it on a server that is not openly accessible from the Internet. However, in the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to immediately notify your acquiring bank and credit card Associations in accordance with standard reporting rules and procedures.
4. I'm not sure of my address or which property phase I live in. what do I do?
Please contact your leasing office for assistance. It is important for you to choose the correct property to ensure you rent is properly credited.
5. Who do I contact for refunds or technical assistance?
Contact your leasing office. This would include anything involving information input errors including the wrong dollar amount, duplicate payments, or any other questions that may arise.
If your card is rejected or declined you should contact your financial institution.
6. Who do I contact after normal business hours?
On your Propertybridge page, click on the support link on the left hand side of the screen. You will be connected with live assistance from a Propertybridge representative.
7. Why don't you accept Mastercard?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to offer MasterCard as an option to pay on-line through our new system. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. However, PropertyBridge is currently negotiating with them in an effort to add them as an option in the near future.
