Starting January 31, 2009, you will need to create an online account through PropertyBridge in order to pay your rent. From the PropertyBridge login screen, click on “Register” and complete the required information. After submitting your request, your community staff will approve your account and you will receive a confirmation email with your new login credentials.

Please note that your online account cannot be set up until January 31, 2009, so please allow sufficient time to setup your new payment.Please note if you currently have a recurring payment set-up through PropertyBridge, it will be canceled on January 30, 2009. Once you create your online account, you will need to set-up a new recurring payment through the “Pay by Bank Account” (ACH) service.
